As follows description of the works.

- Replacement of all glass on existing windows .
- New under water flat part in 7mm.
- New shines in the middle section – doubled up on the other shaped sections
- Bulkheads in engine room will get moved to gain room.
- The back cabin floor will get watertignt welding .
- Make of 2x  diesel tanks with a more or less 1300L total capacity .
- Fitting of a recent engine , not new but with very low running hours. John Deere (type : 6068TFM50)  150hp  + dash board in wheelhouse
- New cooling  (box cooler) + all plumbing in steel.
- New exhaust
- Hydraulic pump on the main engine dedicated to the bow thruster and rudder.
- Hydraulic steering new from the steering wheel all the way to the rudder.
- New propshaft + propeller.
- Stainless steel water tanks.
- 6 kva generator.

- Miscellaneous : Fitting of an anchor winch at the bow – Start batteries in a watertight steel box  – navigation lights – Automatic bilge pumps – New paint job.

SUMMARY:

Boat sold with all underwater parts renewed , complete refit of the engine room including the main engine, hydraulic bow thruster, hydraulic steering.
